Thank you Good Housekeeping for introducing me to Corn Fritters! I combined and tweaked each recipe and voila… easy to make and delicious dinner for vegetarian and omnivore alike!
I love quinoa! It’s so filling and there are so many things you can do with it. As a vegetarian, you eat a lot of grains, and it is very easy to get sick of pasta and rice all the time.
